Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst skilled in data cleaning, reconciliation, KPI reporting, dashboard creation and reporting automation. E-commerce process training will be provided internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, validate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Analyse sales, inventory and operational performance.
- Reconcile SKU-wise stock and identify discrepancies.
- Create MIS reports and KPI dashboards.
- Identify trends, risks and performance gaps.
- Present data-supported findings and recommendations.
- Automate recurring reports and manual processes.
- Maintain accurate formulas, logic and documentation.
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Power Query and Pivot Tables
- Data cleaning and reconciliation
- Dashboard and KPI reporting
- XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY and ARRAYFORMULA
- Analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
