Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst skilled in data cleaning, reconciliation, KPI reporting, dashboard creation and reporting automation. E-commerce process training will be provided internally.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, validate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
Analyse sales, inventory and operational performance.
Reconcile SKU-wise stock and identify discrepancies.
Create MIS reports and KPI dashboards.
Identify trends, risks and performance gaps.
Present data-supported findings and recommendations.
Automate recurring reports and manual processes.
Maintain accurate formulas, logic and documentation.

Required Skills

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Power Query and Pivot Tables
Data cleaning and reconciliation
Dashboard and KPI reporting
XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY and ARRAYFORMULA
Analytical thinking and root-cause analysis
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Clear communication and presentation skills
